Devs creators do not reveal much in fifteen seconds teaser. The Series is being written, directed, and produced by Alex Garland. Series consists of complex concepts of technology like Artificial intelligence and Quantum computing. The confined sci-fi drama series marks Garland’s first expedition into television, as well as his third effort as a director.
Devs Series Release Date
Devs Series is somewhat going to release on FX in April 2020. It will consist of eight long engaging episodes. It is certainly more like one long movie rather than a traditional TV series.
Devs Series Cast
Devs stars Sonoya Mizuno as Lily Chan, a software engineer chasing the reasons behind her husband’s death. Opposite her is Nick Offerman, who plays tech company Amaya’s mysterious CEO, Forest. Glusman plays Sergei, Lily’s boyfriend; Jin Ha plays Jamie, a cybersecurity specialist; Zach Grenier plays Kenton, Amaya’s head of security; Stephen McKinley Henderson plays Stewart, one of Amaya’s top technical minds; Pill plays Katie, a quantum physicist and Forest’s second in command; Spaeny plays Lyndon, a young but stubborn member of Amaya’s secret devs group.
Also rounding out the cast are Karl Glusman, Allison Pill, and Cailee Spaeny.
Devs Series Plot
Devs series is based on philosophical doctrine and the analytical belief that the influence of computers could predict the future. The Series runs on the life of a young software engineer named Lilly Chan, who works for a Silicon Valley-based tech company. Later, the Series comes up with a twist of her boyfriend’s death. Lily Chan began investigating the relevant facts about his boyfriend’s death and found Amaya’s CEO, forest, and Devs as a suspect. She ends up the subject by making exposed a tech-based unlawful act with the inherent of changing the world. The series dives deep into the complex technical concepts of artificial intelligence and Quantum computing.
